In April 2024, Nature’s Miracle and publicly traded Agrify Corporation (NASDAQ: AGFY) agreed to a merger in which Nature’s Miracle will acquire 100% ownership of Agrify Corporation. The strategic merger positions Nature’s Miracle’s to further consolidate and capture growth within the vertical farming space while benefitting from new revenue streams through Agrify’s innovative technology solutions and its cultivation and extraction business. The transaction is expected to close within six months, subject to completion of mutual due diligence, shareholder approval and customary closing conditions.
